摘要
以取代偶氮苯二甲酸和亚硫酰氯为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,合成了4种取代偶氮苯二甲酰氯。考察了反应时间、反应温度及亚硫酰氯用量对产物收率的影响。3,3′-二氯-偶氮苯-4,4′-二甲酰氯的最佳合成条件为:反应时间10h,反应温度80℃,亚硫酰氯用量20mL,收率为88.5%。在同样条件下合成了其他3种取代偶氮苯二甲酰氯,收率均在75.3%以上。用熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及元素分析对目标化合物进行了表征。
Using substituted azoaromatic diacid and thionyl chloride as materials and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst, four substituted azobenzene diacid chlorides were synthesized. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and contents of thionyl chloride on the yield of 3,3'-dichloro azobenzene-4,4'-dicarbonyl chloride were investigated. Under the optimal conditions= reaction time 10 h, reaction temperature 80 ℃, 20 mL thionyl chloride, the yield was 88.5%. The other three substituted azobenzene diacid chlorides were synthesized under the same conditions with the yields all above 75. 3%. The structures of the products were confirmed by m. p. , IR, ^1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
