胰激肽原酶联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病29例被引量：1

摘要目的观察胰激肽原酶联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法对58例临床糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予血糖控制，低蛋白饮食等基础治疗，对照组单纯使用缬沙坦，治疗组在缬沙坦的基础上联合胰激肽原酶。结果两组均能减少24h尿蛋白总量和IAIb／Cr，治疗组较对照组效果更明显，且无不良反应。结论胰激肽原酶联合缬沙坦能更有效的治疗糖尿病肾病，值得临床应用。
