摘要
近年来,本院引进和推行了ISO9000管理标准,并在此基础上建立医院链式管理问责模式,改变了军队医院传统管理方式上偏重于经验型、粗放型的弊端。基本对策:一是建立岗位责任,实行标准化管理;二是建立科学的管理流程,实行系统化管理;三是建立“链式”问责制,实行实效化管理;四是建立跟踪考核机制,实行全程化管理。使医院走上科学化、正规化、规范化的惯性运行轨道,医院综合质量明显上升,伤病员对医院的满意度明显提高。
The hospital recently induced and applied the ISO9000, and established responsibility management mode which has dealt with the problems of traditional management. The basic countermeasures were as follows: firstly, set up point responsibility and carry out standard management; secondly, establish scientific management flow and realize systematic management; thirdly, set up chain - mode responsibility system and realize real effect management; fourthly, set up track and check system to realize overall management. These efforts can help the hospital to improve the general management lever.
