摘要
通过回顾国内外空运伤员的历史,总结本院近5年8批重度烧伤伤员的空运组织与管理,提出了规范有效的救治流程、建立批量伤员紧急空运机舱内部改装预案及伤病员空运管理中心的重要性。
The paper reviewed the history of aero medical transfer of patients at home and abroad, summarized the organization and management on aero medical transfer of 84 patients of 8 batches in recent 5 years and put forward that normative and effective cure flow and a preliminary plan for redesigning compartments of the aircraft should be established, also it was important to establish aero medical Transfer Management Center for patients.
