摘要
人民币汇率制度作为制度变迁的一种,是不断发展变化的,但都是由政府主导的强制性变革,依靠市场力量还很不够。这就彰显出目前人民币汇率问题的真正症结在于我国一系列制度因素存在着缺陷。因此,现在的关键并不在于调整人民币汇率水平,而在于进行制度上的改革,创造真正的市场机制,最终实行真正的有管理的浮动汇率制度。
RMB＇s exchange rate system has been changing, but mainly under the pressure compulsory governmental guide. Thus, the crux of the present problems of RMB＇s exchange rate is that there are defects in the present systems in China. Now the actual solution is not just to regulate RMB＇s exchange rate. Instead, work must be done in reforming the present system, apply to real market mechanism and finally implement floating exchange rate system with proper management.
