摘要
目的:探讨性激素与hs-CRP的关系及对男性冠心病的发病影响。方法:根据WHO诊断标准选择了68例男性冠心病病人和15例健康男性,采用放射免疫法测定E2、T与hFSH,计算出E2/T比值。并用同一标本采用ELISA法测定hs-CRP。结果:发现男性冠心病E2,E2/T比值明显高于对照组,T水平降低(P<0.05~<0.01);在男性冠心病中E2与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.332,P<0.01),hFSH、T及E2/T比值与hs-CRP无相关性。结论:性激素平衡失调是冠心病的独立易患因素,性激素水平与炎症因子C反应蛋白有着密切互为因果的关系。
Objective: To study the relationship among sex hormone and the aged coronary disease, plasma CRP level. Methods: According WHO criterion, 68 patients with aged coronary artery disease (CAD) were included to this study and 13 healthy subjects were used as controls. Estradiol (E2), testosterone (T) were measured by radioimmunoassay and the E2/T rate was computed. High sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured by ELISA method. Results: In CAD patients the level of sex hormone was imbalance. The estradiol levels and ratio of E2/T were higher and the level of T was lower in CAD patients (P〈0. 05~〈0.01), than those in health control group. The level of E2 was positive correlation with CRP level (r=0. 332, P〈0.01) in CAD patimts. Conclusion: Imbalance between sex hormones is alone risk factor of aged coronary artery disease. Change of the sex hormone level is closely related to the plasma CRP level.
