摘要
优选麦角固醇的工业化提取工艺,采用单因素分析法及正交设计,以麦角固醇提取收率为考察指标,确定最佳工艺：物料皂化剂比、醇碱比、碱浓度以及皂化温度分别为1∶1．5、3∶1、15%、85℃,优选得到的工艺经生产验证是合理的。
To optimize the industrialized extraction processes of ergosterol, used single-factor analysis method and orthogonal experiments, extraction yield of ergosterol as index, got the best extraction method： ratio of saponifier：l ： 1.5, ratio of alcohol/sodium hydroxide,3 ： 1, concentration of sodium hydroxide ：15% and the saponification temperature： 85℃. This method has passed the test on pilot scale.
