摘要
目的:建立测定萘敏维滴眼液中维生素B12含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在361nm处测定维生素B12的含量。结果:复方制剂中其他组分及辅料不干扰测定,维生素B12在12.0～32.0μg/ml浓度范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率为99.53%～100.40%(n=5),RSD为0.23%～0.86%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于本品的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of Vitamin B12 in Eye Drops of Naphazoline Hydroehloride ,Chlorphenamine Maleate and Vitamin BI：. Methods：Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the Vitamin B12 content, at 361nm.Rosulis：Other constituents and adjurants of this compound preparation didn＇t interfere the determination of Vitamin B12. The calibration curve was linear （r= 0.9992） within the range of 12.0-32.0 μg·ml^-1 for Vitamin B12. The average recovery was from 99.53% to 100.40% for three different levels of the amount of Vitamin B12, RSD was from 0.23% to 0.86%.Conclusion：This method is simple,quick,accurate and effective.It may be adopted for quality control of this drug.
