摘要
目的:建立测定萘敏维滴眼液中维生素B12含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在361nm处测定维生素B12的含量。结果:复方制剂中其他组分及辅料不干扰测定,维生素B12在12.0~32.0μg/ml浓度范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率为99.53%~100.40%(n=5),RSD为0.23%~0.86%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于本品的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Vitamin B12 in Eye Drops of Naphazoline Hydroehloride ,Chlorphenamine Maleate and Vitamin BI:. Methods:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the Vitamin B12 content, at 361nm.Rosulis:Other constituents and adjurants of this compound preparation didn't interfere the determination of Vitamin B12. The calibration curve was linear (r= 0.9992) within the range of 12.0-32.0 μg·ml^-1 for Vitamin B12. The average recovery was from 99.53% to 100.40% for three different levels of the amount of Vitamin B12, RSD was from 0.23% to 0.86%.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,accurate and effective.It may be adopted for quality control of this drug.
