摘要
通过SEM、XRD等分析测试手段,研究了13Cr24Mn0.44N不锈钢的组织、硬度及其在Hank s体液中的滚-滑摩擦行为。结果表明:由于试样表面生成了软质易剪切的表面膜,降低了摩擦因数;磨损初期,不锈钢的表面只是产生轻微的犁削,犁沟不明显;进入稳定期后,磨痕中出现了鱼鳞状花样的剥落,材料表面发生了应变疲劳;由于在受到外力作用时,形变过程中易出现层错,因此提高了材料的耐磨性。
The micmstructure and hardness of 13Cr24Mn0.44N stainless steel and its behavior of roll-slide friction lubricated by Hank's solution were studied by means of SEM and XRD. The results show that the friction coefficient is reduced due to the formation of soft surface film on the steel surface. The worn tracks exhibit the oecurence of slightly ploughing wear at the beginning in friction process. But when the friction comes into stable period denudation of scale shape appeares on the tracks, which demonstrates the strain fatigue is a dominant damage mechanism.
