摘要
目的调查冠心病患者对健康知识掌握程度并分析其影响因素,为开展有针对性的健康教育及改善临床工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表对101例住院的冠心病患者进行调查。结果冠心病患者的健康知识水平与住院次数及文化程度有关,对易患因素、合理饮食、诱因、症状及急救措施、治疗及药物方面相关知识缺乏。结论应进一步加强对冠心病患者相关知识的健康教育,初次住院和文化程度低者应予重点关注。
Objective To conduct a survey of health care information in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） and its influencing factors, so as to provide evidence for personalized health care education and clinical nursing practice. Methods A total of 101 inpatients with CAD were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire. Results We found that the health care information of CAD patients was related with the times of hospitalization and the educational background of patients. Patients were in short of the information on predispositions of CAD, healthy diets, risk factors, symptoms, first aid treatment, treatment, and related drugs of CAD. Conclusion More efforts should be made to improve the health care information in CAD patients, especially for those hospitalized for the first time and those with a poor education background.
