摘要
目的探讨外科手术治疗闭合性肝损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析292例闭合性肝损伤患者病情和治疗手段,对临床效果总结。结果手术治疗190例,轻度肝损伤102例全部治愈,重度肝损伤病死3例,病死率为6.25%。结论闭合性肝损伤以手术治疗为主,对严重肝损伤患者,必须及时选择有效的手术治疗。
Objectives To discuss therapeutic effects of surgical operation for the closed indirect liver injury,Methods The review analysis on 292 cases of closed indirect liver injury was conducted, including patient condition and treatment method, and clinical effect,Results Among the 292 cases 190 were subjected to surgical treatment,＇ mild closed indirect liver injury in 102 cases cured completely,3 patients with specific severe closed indirect liver injury died, the mortality rate was 6.25%.Conclusion The closed indirect liver injury should be treated by the surgery mainly; to serious closed indirect liver injury patient,the effective surgery treatment must be selected promptly.
