摘要
现介绍了南水北调中线工程水资源配置的主要方法和成果,包括水资源配置原则、渠道规模确定方法和配置模型。为适应中线工程的特点,这些方法均有一定程度的创新。采用这些方法确定的中线工程调水量、各省市分水量及总干渠规模为国家决策提供了科学依据,为总干渠设计提供了设计条件。这些方法具有广泛的推广价值。
This paper introduces the method of the water resources allocation of the Middle-route Water Transfer from South to North.Project, Including the rules of the water resources allocation, how to select the flow capacity of the canal, and the model of water supply simulation. The techniques have been improved and include some new idea for the Middle-route Water Transfer from South to North Project. The results of water resources allocation, such as the annual water transfer capacity, water allocation quantity for every district and the flow capacity of the canal, offered the scientific evidence for the Project built and the basic data of the canal designed. The techniques can be applied in other similar project.
