同步蓝牙心电诊断系统的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究同步蓝牙心电诊断系统记录心电信号的准确性,同时评价其安全性和有效性。方法入选30例患者。每例应用同步蓝牙心电诊断系统以及美国GE公司生产的MAC-5000RestingECGSystem12导联同步心电图机,按照标准心电图导联的位置记录并打印二份心电图,分为蓝牙组与MAC组。对二组心电图进行波形与心电图临床诊断的比较,同时二组进行时间和幅度参数的比较。结果二组波形与心电图诊断完全一致。二组之间P波、QRS时限;PR和QT间期之间无显著性差异。二组之间除了Ⅱ导联R波幅度以及V5导联P波和S波幅度具有显著性差异之外,其余各导联的其它各波幅度均无显著性差异;Ⅱ导联R波幅度差值百分比为2.91%(0.026mV),小于心电图机国际及国家标准允许误差的范围;V5导联P波幅度差值百分比为11.8%,但绝对差值仅为0.009mV,无明显临床意义。蓝牙心电诊断系统传输数据安全正确。结论蓝牙心电诊断系统能准确提供12导联同步心电图记录。 Objective To validate the reliability and performance of a real-time wireless electrocardiogram(ECG) recording system utilizing Bluetooth technology ( Bluetooth System). Methods Bluetooth System was tested on 30 cases. 2 electrocardiograms were recorded in all cases by Bluetooth System and MAC-5000 Resting ECG System( MAC system), respectively. 4 aspects of electrocardiograms were compared between 2 systems including the general waves, clinical diagno- sis, time and voltage parameters. Results Bluetooth system was the sames as MAC system in the general waves and clinical diagnosis of electrograms. Comparing to MAC system, only the voltage of R wave in lead Ⅱ and P wave in lead V5 is higher(0. 866 ± 0.521 mV vs 0. 840 ± 0.517 mV, 0. 069 ± 0. 054 mV vs 0. 060 ± 0.048 mV) in Bluetooth system ( P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference found in the other time and voltage parameters between 2 systems. Bluetooth system showed high safety in data transmission. Conclusion Bluetooth system has the same accuracy to MAC system in recording electrocardiogram. Bluetooth system is reliable for recording eleetrographie signals.
