摘要
目的:观察银杏达莫注射液对脑梗死病人血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:72例急性脑梗死病人分为试验组(36例,静脉滴注银杏达莫注射液20 mL·次-1,qd,连续14 d)和对照组(36例,每日静脉滴注丹香冠心注射液20 mL,连续14 d),于治疗前和治疗后14 d分别检测血浆OX-LDL,SOD,MDA的水平变化。结果:试验组病人治疗前血浆OX-LDL,SOD,MDA水平分别为(0.69±s 0.20)mg·L-1,(80±6)kU·L-1,(6.4±1.3)μmoL·L-1,治疗后分别为(0.54±0.23)mg·L-1, (107±9)kU·L-1,(4.1±1.0)μmoL·L-1,治疗前后有非常显著差异(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后血浆OX-LDL,SOD和MDA水平变化不明显(P>0.05)。治疗期间2组病人均未出现明显不良反应。结论:银杏达莫注射液具有清除自由基,降低血浆OX-LDL水平的作用。
AIM: To observe the effects of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and diphyridamole injection on the levels of plasma oxidized low density liporotein (OX-LDL), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: Seventy-two patients with acute brain infarction were divided into treatment group (treated with Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and diphyridamole injection, 20 mL, iv, gtt, qd, n = 36) and control group (treated with Danxiang Guanxin injection, 20 mL, iv, gtt, qd, n = 36). All the patients were treated for 14 d. The levels of plasma OX-LDL, SOD, and MDA were tested before and after treatment. RESULTS: In treatment group the levels of plasma OX-LDL, SOD, MDA before treatment were (0.69 ± s 0.20) mg·L^-1, (80 ± 6) kU·L ^-1, (6.4 ± 1.3) μmoL·L^-1, and those after treatment were (0.54 ± 0.23) mg·L^-1, (107 ± 9) kU·L^-1, (4.1 ± 1.0) μmoL·L^-1, resulting with a great difference between them (P 〈 0.01). No significant statistical differences were found in the above mentioned assessment indexes in control group before and aftert treatment (P 〉 0.05). No remarkable adverse reactions occurred during this study in both groups. CONCLUSION : Ginkgo biloba leaf extractand diphyridamole injection can effectively clear out the free radicals and decrease the level of the plasma OX-LDL.
