摘要
在血浆蛋白制品中加入HBsAg和HBeAg均阳性、乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBVDNA)颗粒含量为108/ml,HBsAg颗粒为107/ml的乙肝患者的血清。血清在血浆蛋白制品的浓度分别为0.1%,含HBVDNA颗粒105/ml、HBsAg颗粒104/ml和0.01%,含HBVDNA颗粒104/ml、HBsAg颗粒103/ml。上述混合液经60℃、10h处理后,接种给树。结果树出现HBV感染。提示:60℃加热10h处理被HBV污染的血浆蛋白制品,不能完全灭活HBV,其仍具有感染力。
The plasma protein products (PPP) were mixed with the patients sera which were positive for HBsAg and HBeAg The actual serum concentrations of HBV DNA and HBsAg were 10 8/ml and 10 7/ml per milliliter respectively The final concentrations of PPP were 0 1% and 0 01% respectively The mixtures were heated at 60℃ for 10 hours,and were then inoculated into the tree shrews The result showed that some of tree shrews were still infected with HBV,which indicated that HBV contaminated PPP could not be completely inactivated by heating at 60℃ for 10 hours
