摘要
为了提高开放式实验教学的组织和管理效率，本文介绍了一个基于Web的开放式实验教学管理系统的设计思路．并最终实现了此系统，通过实践证明该系统是稳定有效的。
This paper introduces design mentality of open style experimental teaching management system based on Web to improve organization and management efficiency of open style experiment teaching. Finally this system has been created, and it is proved that this system is stable effective through practice.
