摘要
采用旋转粘度仪和流变仪初步研究了羟乙基纤维素(HEC)水溶液体系的流变性,讨论了HEC水溶液表观粘度及剪切粘度的影响因素,及其与HEC在水溶液中结构间的关系。结果表明:HEC水溶液的表观粘度随其浓度的变化符合Huggins经验公式;随着时间的增加,HEC分子在其水溶液中分子链松弛,使其表观粘度降低;HEC水溶液体系为剪切变稀的流体体系。在本实验范围内,随着溶液浓度的增加,HEC水溶液的剪切粘度增大。
The rehological behaviors of HEC solutions have been investigated by using viscosimeter and rheometer. The influencing factors on the apparent viscosity and shear viscosity of HEC have also been discussed. In addition, the relationship between those factors and the intermolecular structure of HEC in solutions has been discussed. It was indicated that, the change of apparent viscosity of HEC along with concentration tallied with the experience expressions of Huggins; with the time prolongation,the chains of HEC in aqueous solution slacked which resulted in the decrease of the apparent viscosity of the solutions; and the HEC solutions presented a typical behavior of pseudoplastic fluid. Under the conditions of this experiment, the shear viscosity increased as the concentration increased.
