摘要
分析安徽劳动力就业与经济增长的关系,对其经济增长与劳动力就业之间建立了回归分析模型。通过对1990～2004年期间安徽省GDP对就业总量的弹性分析和三大产业就业弹性分析,提出了解决劳动力就业问题的建议。
This paper analyzed the relationship between labor employment and economic growth in Anhui,constructed the regression model about economic growth and labor employment. Though using the data between 1990 to 2004, this paper analyzed the influence of GDP about the total employment elasticity and the elasticity of three industries, supposed some suggestions about how to deal with the problem of labor employment.
