摘要
数控机床是技术密集和知识密集的自动化设备,一旦出现故障,维修难的问题将严重影响数控机床开动率,造成设备闲置和资源浪费。结合实例,阐述了数控机床故障诊断与排除的方法,提出对维修人员的技术培训是尽快解决数控机床故障的重要措施。
CNC machine tool is automated equipment in technology and knowledge intensive organizations. The faults of CNC machine tool can make the waste of resources and the leave unused equipments. The typical fault diagnosis and elimination of CNC machining tool are presented, the mean way to solve the fault of CNC machine tool quickly is put forward.
