摘要
分别运用理论分析、实验、数值模拟等对对旋风机二级区域进行了研究。重点对设计工况和非设计工况风机内部气固耦合流动进行了深入地实验研究,使用动态压力传感器测量了压力脉动,运用信号分析方法对信号做了详细分析,同时结合数值模拟对流场细节进行了讨论。揭示了流场内的压力脉动导致二级叶轮工作环境的恶劣是各种故障产生的根本原因。
Contra- rotating axial flow fan secondary region was researched by different metheds, such as, theo- retical analysis, experiment, numerical simulation. Arial flow fan inside cupling flow experiment was studied in - depth under designed and off-designed conditions, pressure pulsation signals were measured by dynamic pressure sensor, the signals were analyzed by various analysis methods and flow field details were analyzed with numerical simulation. Pressure pulsation in coupling flow field especially the bad working condition of downstream blades caused the fan typical faults.
