摘要
组建民营银行,对于推动黑龙江省经济的发展具有重要的意义。从黑龙江省实际情况来看,民营经济的发展普遍面临着缺乏资金的问题,组建民营银行是解决这一问题的重要途径之一。因此,需要在对黑龙江省组建民营银行的必要性进行分析的基础上,认真探讨黑龙江省民营银行发展路径的选择,并从政府的角度对相应的制度设计予以研究。
Establishing private banks is very important to economic devdopment in Heilongjiang Province. From the actual situation in Heilongjiang Province, private economy grows vigorously. But lack of funds is the main problem that private economy faces. To solve this problem, establishing private banks is the inevitable choice. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of establishing private banks in Heilongjiang Province, this article discusses about the development route for private banks, and puts forward the corresponding measures to institutional design from the governmental angle.
