摘要
在分析疫苗物流特性的基础上,总结了我国疫苗供应链存在的问题,指出其主要原因是:利益分配不合理、供应层次过多、供应垄断、监管机制不合理,并提出了增加财政投入、分离运营与监管、改变调整供应链结构、加强信息化监管等措施。
Based on analyzing the features of bacterium logistics, the paper summarizes the problems existing in China bacterium supply chain and proposes the following methods to solve them, as raising financing, separating inspection from operation, reconstructing supply chain and enhancing information monitoring.
