２－（１Ｈ－苯并三唑）－Ｎ，Ｎ，Ｎ′，Ｎ′－四甲基脲六氟磷酸盐（ＨＢＴＵ）是近年来发展起来的一种理想的缩合试剂已在多肽固相合成中得到了广泛应用。本文对ＨＢＴＵ的合成进行了改进，方法操作简单、安全，产品收率较高。
IH-Benzotriazol-1-Y1)-N, N, N', N'-tetramethyluronium hexanuorophosphate (HBTu) is a kindof ideal coupling reagent developed in recent years. Ithas been used widely in solid phase peptide synthesis.The article brieny reviews the development of couplingreagents and improvement of synthetic method forHBTU. The new method has many advantages, suchas simple and safe operation and higher yield.
