探讨了在知识经济环境下图书馆员具备良好职业道德的意义,论述了图书馆员职业道德规范的主要内容,并就如何加强馆员的职业道德教育进行了阐述。
This paper probes into the significance of that the librarians have good professional ethics under the environment of knowledge-based economy, discusses on the main contents of librarians＇ professional ethics, and expounds how to strengthen the education of librarians＇ professional ethics.
