探讨了高校图书馆树立人性化服务理念的重要性,分析了图书馆人性化服务的实现途径,并提出了需解决的关键问题。
This paper probes into the importance of establishing the concept of the humanized service in university library, analyzes on the paths of implementing library' s humanized service, and advances some key problems that should be resolved.
