摘要
在论述网络环境下图书馆应拓展的网络服务内容的基础上,针对传统读者咨询服务的弊端,提出了从服务理念、服务内容、服务手段、服务人员等方面深化读者咨询服务的措施。
Based on expounding the network service contents that the library should expand under the network environment, and connecting with the disadvantages of the traditional reference service for readers, this paper advances some measures for deepening the reference service for readers from aspects of the service concepts; service contents, service methods, and librarians, etc.
