摘要
目的:探讨零售药店药疗事件的成因及防范对策。方法:从零售药店普遍存在的一些现象分析药疗事件成因,提出防范对策。结果与结论:零售药店药疗事件的成因涉及合理用药服务机制和国家有效监督管理体制等多种因素,减少和避免零售药店药疗事件需多方面综合治理。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the causes and the countermeasures of medical accidents in retail pharmacies. METHODS： The causes of medical accidents were analyzed based on the commonly phenomena in retail pharmacies, and the countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Retail pharmacies＇ medical accidents can be attributed to many factors, such as rational drug use service mechanisms and national effective surveillance management system. To reduce or avoid these accidents in retail pharmacies, a comprehensive management mode should be carried out.
