摘要
目的:探讨医药物流企业人才现状和人才需求类型。方法:以广州医药物流企业的人才现状为模本分析医药物流的人才需求,提出医药物流人才培养建议。结果与结论:医药物流企业急需各级医药物流人才,尤其是基层医药物流操作人员十分紧缺,应注重医药物流人才综合素质培养和多元化培养体系的建立。
OBJECTIVE： To study the status quo and the demand on pharmaceutical logistics talents. METHODS： The demand on pharmaceutical logistics talents was analyzed based on the current conditions in the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Guangzhou, and the cultivation mode of pharmaceutical logistics talents was put forward. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical logistics talents at different levels, especially the primary level, are in short supply in pharmacy logistics enterprises. Therefore, great importance should be attached to the developing of comprehensive quality in pharmaceutical logistics talents and the setting up of cultivation system at different levels.
