摘要
通过对西方当代和20世纪40年代的经典财政学教科书的比较发现,六十年来西方财政学在研究方法和研究主题方面发生了深刻变化。从研究方法看,今天的西方财政学大量引入经济理论,使用计量经济学手段从研究主题来看,今天的西方财政学者们关注的问题与六十年前已有很大差异。这种演进为我国的财政学研究提供了一种有益的研究框架和研究视角,其研究成果也给我国的财政学发展以有益启示。
By comparing nowadays classic Western finance textbooks with those of 1940s, great changes have been found on their methodology and topics of the western finance. As to the methodology, more and more economic theories and econometric methods are used in modern finance..And to the research topics, the concerns of nowadays finance scholars are very different with those of the scholars 60 years ago. These changes have provided useful research framework and visual angle to the development of finance in China. And great inspirations are taken from their research results.
