摘要 目的:探讨钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾分析应用硬性输尿管镜及VersaPulseSelect钬激光碎石机治疗输尿管结石患者资料。结石位于左侧38例,右侧59例,双侧9例。上段结石41例,中段结石31例,下段结石34例,平均直径0.9cm。结果:结石总碎石成功率为93.4%(99/106),其中上段成功率为90.2%(37/41),中段成功率93.5%(29/31),下段成功率97.1%(33/34)。平均手术时间28min,术后平均住院天数为4.1d。术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石高效、安全,可作为输尿管结石特别是体外冲击波碎石失败者首选的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Method We reviewed the data of 106 patients (64 males and 42 females, with an average age of 46.3 years) who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy using Ho: YAG laser. Among these patients, 38 cases with stone on the left, 59 on the right, 9 on both sides of the ureter; 41 had stones in the upper, 31 in the middle, and 34 in the lower ureter. The stones was 0. 6 to 1.5cm, average 0. 9cm. Results The overall success rate of fragmentation in for all levels of ureteral stones in a single procedure was 93.4% (99/106), for the upper was 90.2% (37/ 41 ), the middle and lower was 93.5% (29/31) and 97.1% (33/34) respectively. The average operative time was 28 rain, and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 4.1 days. No major complications such as perforation were encountered. Conclusion Ho: YAG laser lithotripsy is effective, mini -invasive and safe. It is indicated as the first choice in the treatment of ureteral calculi, especially which can not be fragment by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.
