介绍了硫磺制酸装置焚硫转化工序典型的工艺流程,关键设备结构的选择,叙述了大型化的焚硫转化工序的特点,并结合其特点,对设备和管道的布置以及热应力等方面进行了分析,并提出见解。
The typical process flow of sulfur burning and conversion,and selection of key equipment for a sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant is outlined,the features of large-sized sulfur burning and conversion operation are described.Based on these features,the equipment and piping layout and stress is analyzed,etc.,and opinions are raised.
