It is important for enterprises to establish long- term and persistent competition predominance in the competitive market environment. Cooperation is the business management mode and consists with the idea of supply chain management. It introduces the concept of the supply chain management and cooperating elec- tronic commerce, analyzes the effect and the function of the supply chain in the cooperating electronic commerce environment, illustrates the cooperating electronic commerce platform.
