摘要
文章通过分析买手的概念及买手型产品开发模式的实施过程,力求指导企业根据自身实际决定是否采取买手型产品开发模式,以及指导企业如何应用这种模式。最后结合个别案例对买手型产品开发模式进行了更加详细的分析。
Through analysing the concept of buyers and process of appyling product-development patterns of buyer mode,the paper tries to instruct clothing enterprise to apply this made according to their condition and gives some instructions on how to apply this mode. In the end, it illustrates the buyer product development mode in detail with example.
