摘要
新形势下加强大学生思想政治教育工作是一项严峻的社会任务。结合多年的工作经验,将加强和改进大学生思想政治教育与建设和谐社会目标结合起来,提出了建立和谐的师生关系的重要性,分析了目前高校师生关系的几种表现以及和谐的师生关系的特点,并主要就如何建立和谐的师生关系提出了具体建议。
Under the new situation, strengthening the ideological and political education for undergraduate is a severe social mission. Combining many years＇ work experience, integrating the enhancement and improvement of ideological and political education for undergraduate with build target of harmonious society, puts forward the importance to build harmonious relation between teacher and student, analyzes some representations of present relation between teacher and student in institutions of higher education, as well as the characteristics of harmonious relation between teacher and student. Gives some suggestions to build up harmonious relation between teacher and student.
