The Application of Air Drilling and The Experimental Research on Technical Combination

摘要 结合本单位钻探生产,空气钻进工艺在边试验、边应用中取得了较好的社会和经济效益。通过实践,提出了设备、机具选型配套方案,总结了该工艺的试验及生产实践情况. There are two great difficult problems in the technique of exploring and developing groundwaters in Beijing area. The first problem is the lack of water, in the area wate'r used for drillingand construction are even more difficult to obtain. When drilling works were conducted by conventional method, the works were always held up due to waiting for water, the interval of waiting for water always surpasses the production time several times or even more than ten times.The second problem is: in many districts, the overburden is relatively thin, most water -- bearing beds, even total of them, are bed rock, the strata are hard, the water tables are deep, theefficiency of conventional rotary drilling is very low, and the progress of construction is verylow too, therefore, exploring new drilling method is the key to resolution of this kind of difficult problems.This scientific research program has been combined with drilling production, in the processof 'put the experimental results into practice at the same time of experiments' we have obtainedrelatively good social and economic effects. Through practice we have put forward the type selection and mating programs of the equipments, machines and tools, and summarized the experiments and productive practice of the air lift positiVe circulation drilling and air lift reverse circulation drilling, and pneumatic hammer drilling. The technology of the air lift reverse circulationdrilling can efficiently surmount the complicate conditions, such as sand gushing, leaking water, collapse, and clod falling … etc., prevent accidence, and raise the producion efficiency; thetechnology of pneumatic hammer drilling can solve the problems such as opening holes in thebed rocks, water - bearing beds buried deeply, and lack of water for drilling; the technology ofair lift reverse circulation for continous coring can continously acquire better geologic samples,accurately determine the strata for the purpose of satisfying the geological demands.
