摘要
我国的反垄断法酝酿近20载,至今仍未出台。其中的掣肘之一便是关于反垄断执法机构的设置。选择何种反垄断执法机构模式亦是各界普遍关注的焦点。国外反垄断执法机构设置模式及其共性特点,应当说对我国反垄断执法机构的设置有着极大的借鉴意义和参考价值。结合实际情况,我国的反垄断执法机构应具有权威性、独立性、专业性及高效性。
The anti-monopoly law of our country has been drawn up for nearly 20 years, but it has not debut by far. One of the reasons is about the establishment of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs. The public pays close attention to the choice of the type of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs. This paper is to introduce the main type of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs in other countries, analyze the common features of them, based on the above, and then come up with the conception of the choice of the anti-monopoly law enforcement organs for our country.
