摘要
传媒集团化发展是新时期媒介发展的潮流与趋势。西部传媒集团只有顺应潮流,正视目前面临的一系列困境和问题,从品牌维护和培养、市场培育与拓展入手,在发展中加速体制创新和整合,加快人才引进与梯队建设,拓宽集团发展的融资渠道,提高传媒的资本运营能力,在借鉴、整合、创新方面做好文章,才能在激烈的媒介市场竞争中走出困境,发展壮大。
The establishment of mass media groups is tile new trend of media development in the recent years, but it has confronted many problems and difficulties. The authors hold that to maintain its impetus, a mass media group ought to try its best to acquire and foster its own particular brand and market, reshuffle its personnel structure, expand its capital operation capacity so as to survive the fierce competitions.
