摘要
自退耕还林工程实施以来,岷江上游生态环境得到显著改善,工程实施取得较大成效。但是,退耕还林过程中仍存在一些矛盾和不足。通过对岷江上游地区退耕还林工程的实地调查,发现退耕还林工程中存在的现实问题,并针对性地提出了对策。
Defamting-and-reforestation project is a key national policy for rebuilding of ecological barrier in upper Yangtze river and to countstrike flood in middle and lower Yangtze river. Since the project＇s commencement, the ecological environment has been dramatically improved and the noticeable effect can be seen. However, some contradiction and lackness were still bothering the project implementation. Through the investigation of the defarming-and-reforestation project in the upper reach of Minjiang River, the existing problems and its countermeasure were put forward.
