摘要 对比了非离子型和离子型的分散剂对流化催化裂化(FCC)催化剂生产过程中原料分子筛浆液的分散效果,考察了分散剂添加量、分子筛浆液固含量、分散剂复配等对分子筛浆液分散效果的影响。实验结果表明,离子型分散剂对分子筛浆液的分散效果优于非离子型分散剂,当分散剂的添加量(质量分数)为1.0%时,离子型分散剂能使固含量(质量分数)43%的HRSY分子筛浆液的黏度从3.20Pa·s降到0.25Pa·s,而非离子型分散剂仅能使其降到2.20Pa·s左右;分散剂添加量存在一个最佳值,该值随分子筛浆液固含量的增加而增大,对于固含量49%的REY分子筛浆液,离子型分散剂葡萄糖酸钠的最佳添加量为0.4%;低分子离子型分散剂与高分子聚合物复配使用,具有更好的分散效果。 Effects of nonionic and ionic dispersants on dispersion properties of molecular sieve slurry in preparation of fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts were studied. Factors influencing dispersion, namely dispersant dosage, solid content of the molecular sieve slurry and composite dispersant, were investigated. Dispersing properties of ionic dispersants are much better than those of nonionic. When 1.0% mass fraction of ionic dispersant is added, viscosity of HRSY molecular sieve slurry with solid content 43 % can reduced from 3.20 to 0.25 Pa·s but when same amount of nonionic dispersant is used, the viscosity can only lower to about 2.20 Pa·s. Optimal dosage of dispersant goes up with increasing of solid content of molecular sieve slurry. For REY molecular sieve slurry with 49% solid content, optimal dosage of sodium gluconate is 0.4%. Composite of low molecular ionic dispersant with polymer achieves better dispersing properties.
