摘要
不确定性的存在会引发企业技术创新联盟不和谐,而联盟不和谐会阻碍联盟的持续发展。指出和谐管理理论为协调联盟不和谐开辟了新思路,并据此构想了用企业技术创新联盟和谐机制来协调联盟持续发展中面临的不和谐,以确保企业技术创新联盟的持续发展。
The existing of un-definition characteristic will cause un-harmonious in the Enterprises＇ technical innovation alliances＂ organization. And this alliances＇ an-harmonious will block the alliances＇ continuous development. This thesis points out that the harmonious mechanism breaks a new train of though to coordination the un-harmonious parts in the alliance. As a result, it concept the technical alliances＇ harmonious mechanism to coordinate these un-harmonious parts which the alliance faces during their continuous development, ensure this alliance＇s technical innovation alliances＂ continuous development.
