摘要
应用抗Ｐ－糖蛋白（Ｐ－ｇｐ）ＭｃＡｂ４Ｅ３，采用免疫细胞化学方法，研究Ｐ－ｇｐ在Ａ５４９、ＰＬＡ８０１及ＬＣ－３等３种人肺腺癌细胞系中的表达，并检测这些细胞系对几种抗肿瘤药物的敏感性。结果显示。
P glycoprotein (P gp) expression in three human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines of A 549 , PLA 801 and LC 3 and the resistance of the three cell lines to anticancer drugs were detected with immunocytochemical assay using P gp McAb 4E 3. It was indicated that the degree of P gp expression was correlated to drug resistance.
