摘要 本文简单地介绍了CS—Ⅰ型电镜低温工作台的用途及技术规格。该系统可以使样品速冻,并在送样、制备及观察过程中保持真空和低温,最大程度地阻止样品形成冰晶,以便在电镜内观察到接近于自然状态的含水样品。CS—Ⅰ型低温工作台特别适宜于观察生物及其他的含水试样,可配于多种型号的扫描电镜。 In this paper the design, technical specifications and the manufacturing of the CS- I Scanning Electron Microscope's Cryogenic stage have been briefly presented.The CS- I system keeps a specimen under cryogenic temperature during its transfer,preparation and observation. It enables us to observe frozen hydrated samples in their 'na-ture' circumstaneces.This cryogenic system is specialy designed for observing biological samples as well as other water containing materials in different models of SEM.The main specifications of the CS- I system are listed as follows;1. The cryogenic temperature: By using thermoconducting refrigeration, the temperature is below -150~C ; By using nitrogen gas refrigeration, below -170~C. In the cryogenic system the temperature can be adjusted continuously. 2. Specimen stage movement range:X= 10mm Y= 10mm Tilt: 0--45 ~ (degrees)Maximum specimen size: 10mm (in diametre)x 2mm (in height)Specimen preparation: Via preparate system with sectional cutting by use of cold knife. 3. Sublimation and defrost: Filament heating.
