Diagnosis, management and prevention of hepatitis B virus reactivation during anticancer therapy

摘要 我国属HBV感染高流行区，随着有效的细胞毒性化学治疗的广泛应用，HBV再激活正成为常见的临床问题而引起人们的重视。我们就涉及化学治疗和造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，HSCT）过程中的HBV再激活的诊断、治疗和预防，特别是预防性抗病毒治疗的有效性作一综述。
