摘要
将有限元静力分析软件ANSYS/Multiphysics对铝箔轧机辊系的计算结果——工作辊辊形作为已知辊形,利用有限元显式动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,将工作辊视为刚性体,轧件作为变形体,分别模拟了0.045mm入口厚度的铝箔在不同轧制速度时的轧制过程,得到了不同的出口板厚分布及板形值,分析了速度变化对极薄铝箔轧制的影响,提出了极薄铝箔轧制宜采用的最佳速度制度。
Under variable rolling speed, the Aluminum foil roiling of 0. 045 mm entrance thickness were simulated by the explicit dynamic finite element method under the work roll contour calculated by ANSYS/Multiphysics being treated as rigidity, the Aluminum foil being treated as deformation. The variable exit thickness distribution and profile data were obtained. The influence of Aluminum foil rolling under different rolling speed were analyzed. The best choice of rolling speed system was suggested in ultra thin Aluminum foil rolling.
