摘要
以8.3tex/72f竹炭涤纶长丝编织的单面布和20.8tex竹炭涤纶与羊毛(30/70)混纺纱线编织的罗纹布为测试试样,分析讨论了远红外发射、负离子发射、紫外线屏蔽、抗菌、吸附、导湿、透气等性能指标,说明了竹炭改性涤纶及其针织物具有良好的功能性。
Using the samples of the single fabric knitted with the bamboo-charcoal polyester filament of 8.33 tex/72 f and the rib knitted with the blended yarn of the bamboo-charcoal polyester of 20.8 tex(30%)and wool fiber(70%),this paper analyzes the performance indexes of far infrared emission,negative ion emission,ultraviolet radiation shielding,anti-bacterial property,adsorption,moisture transmit and air permeability,and proves that the bamboo-charcoal modified polyester and its knitted fabric bears excellent functional performance.
