摘要
针对江苏省电力供需矛盾日趋缓和形势下错峰调荷工作的特点,结合政府建设资源节约型社会的相关要求,江苏省电力公司进一步深入挖掘负荷管理系统的应用潜力,构建了供需基本平衡情况下的负荷管理应急机制,研究了供需平衡时期电力供应应急预案的编制,对进一步搞好电力需求侧管理、研究有序用电新模式进行了积极的探索。
In light of the characteristics of peak load shifting work and combined with the related request of governmental energy conservation society construction, Jiangsu electric power company searches the potential of load management system, formulates load management emergency mechanism under the circumstance of equilibrium between power demand and supply and studies the emergency probationary program formulating. All these measures are to explore the new power utility mode and do DSM well.
