Expression and functions of P2X receptors in central nervous system

摘要 腺嘌呤核苷酸受体(P2受体)的概念于1978年提出,这类受体包括配体门控离子通道受体P2X和G蛋白耦联受体P2Y两个家族。迄今为止,已有七个亚型的P2X受体(P2X1,7)和八个亚型的P2Y受体(P2Y1,2,4,6,11,12,13,14)被克隆。其中P2X受体家族被认为是继烟碱受体家族及谷氨酸受体家族后第三类配体门控的离子通道。随着研究的不断深入,目前已经明确P2X受体广泛存在于中枢神经系统(CNS)并执行多种生理功能。
