基质金属蛋白酶2、9与新生儿肺损伤
摘要
无论何种原因所致的肺损伤,若修复不当,最终均能导致成纤维细胞增生,细胞外基质(ECM)沉积,肺组织纤维化及慢性肺疾病(CLD)的发生。作为ECM的主要降解酶之一,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在CLD的发生中占有重要地位。MMPs是一类含有Zn^2+、活性依赖Ca^2+结构的高度同源内肽酶的总称。主要功能为降解除多糖以外的全部ECM成分。它可在多种酶作用下相继激活,形成瀑布效应,具有重要的生理和病理意义。近年来研究发现。ECM降解系统尤其是MMPs及其组织抑制物(TIMPS)功能紊乱,在纤维化疾病中发挥重要作用。
