摘要
报告３例外伤性晶体内异物，其中２例在异物摘除的同时，施行白内障囊外摘除和一期后房人工晶体植入手术获得成功，经６～１２个月随访视力为１．０。另１例晶体内异物极微小，晶体透明，未影响视力，故未手术。本文讨论了有关晶体内异物的危害、治疗及其手术方法等。
In this paper, three cases with traumatic intralenticular foreign bodies were reported. We chose to proceed with foreign body removed and simultaneous cataract extraction with intaocular lens implantation as a single-staged procedure in two cases.Visual outcome were 1.0 at 6-12 month follow up.The another patient was not operated because the foreign body was minimal, the lens transparent, and the vision was not affected. The harmfulness, management and surgical techniques of intralenticular foreign body are also discussed.
