摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种以累及脊柱和骶髂关节为特征的系统性炎性疾病。随着对AS致病因素研究的深入,虽然对其致病机制仍未完全明了,但在治疗方面,除了传统的治疗措施的研究,近年来其治疗的新策略也取得了可喜的新经验,尤其是在生物制剂方面的研究更是有了进一步的了解,并展现出良好的应用前景。
Ankylosing spondylitis （AS） is a systemic inflammatory disease characterized by involvement of spines and sacroiliac joints. Although researhes about susceptible AS factors hasn＇ t elucidated the pathogenic mechanism, they brought new strategies especielly biological agents such as TGF-α antagonist in treating AS on the base of the traditional therapies, Due to the significantly benifical effects of these new agents, further elincal applications may reveal a promising prospect.
